Maggie attended the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2019. During law school, Maggie was heavily involved in student life and all aspects of the mooting program. She represented Canada in consecutive years at the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, where her team ranked 7th and she was ranked in the top 50 speakers in the world. Maggie has also researched for a member of the United Nations’ International Law Commission, and she now satisfies her love of international law by helping organize and judge the Jessup’s national and global rounds (much to the despair of the teams she judges).
Outside of work Maggie can be found obsessing over her favorite fantasy novels, playing soccer (or pretty much any other sport), dancing and singing in musical theatre, and cheering on her beloved Hamilton Tiger Cats Football Team (sorry Ottawa)!
