Mediation & Arbitration

Stephen Cavanagh leads the Mediation and Arbitration practice and has acted as both mediator and arbitrator in civil disputes, principally those involving insurance and commercial issues.

Steve has a busy practice as counsel and because of this he does not charge parties who retain his services as an arbitrator or mediator, a cancellation fee in the event that the dispute resolves.
