Pasquale (Pat) Peloso

Pat Peloso is an experienced litigator, having acted as senior counsel, trial and appellate counsel, and mediator in a wide variety of disputes. Pat is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School, and was called to the bar in 1985. Pat has spent the last two decades as the head of the insurance law practice group at a large international law firm. He is further experienced as counsel in a wide range of areas of law, including personal injury litigation (both Plaintiff and Defendant), commercial litigation, property and casualty work for insurers, errors and omissions, insurance coverage disputes, together with estate litigation.
Pat has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in Canada since 2013 in the areas of Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation, and was named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in 2022 for Insurance Law in Canada.
